1. What SlotSnap does
SlotSnap (“we”) is an online marketplace and scheduling tool. We connect customers with independent providers (beauticians, doctors, dentists, plumbers, technicians, teachers and others) and make it easy to book, manage and review appointments.
2. Bookings are with the provider, not with us
Every appointment is a direct agreement between you and the provider. SlotSnap is not a party to that agreement. The provider is solely responsible for delivering the service, its quality, safety and any after-care.
3. Cancellations, no-shows & refunds
SlotSnap is not responsible for booking cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows or refunds. Cancellation policies (notice periods, fees, refunds) are set and enforced by each provider individually. Any dispute about a cancelled or missed appointment is between the customer and the provider.
Where a provider accepts advance payment, the payment is processed by Stripe directly to the provider's own Stripe account. SlotSnap never holds, handles or refunds these funds, and is not a party to the payment or any refund. Refund requests must be made to the provider, who is solely responsible for honouring them.
4. No liability for services or legal issues
SlotSnap does not provide, supervise or guarantee any service listed on the platform, and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, dispute or legal issue arising from bookings made through the platform — to the maximum extent permitted by law. Customers book at their own discretion and risk. Providers are responsible for their own licences, insurance, qualifications and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Reviews
Reviews reflect the opinion of the customer who attended the appointment. We do not verify the factual content of reviews beyond basic moderation, and reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fake or unrelated to a real visit.
6. Accounts & conduct
You must provide accurate information when registering or booking. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform (fake bookings, fraudulent reviews, harassment, scraping).
7. Privacy
We only use your details to operate the booking: name, contact info and appointment details are shared with the provider you book. We do not sell your data. Full privacy policy coming with launch.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
